The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.

Your Appointment Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before, without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an appointment is 24 hours before the time of the appointment. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by: By email: evieseyes1@gmail.com

We will reimburse you your deposit using the same means of payment as you used for the booking, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hours leading up to your appointment, you will lose your 40% deposit. 

Late fee

If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may lose your deposit  and I may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you are going to be late, then contact me as I may still be able to keep your appointment.
